Shipping Policy
In-Stock items ordered with standard ground service usually ship from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 2pm EST Sunday -Thursday will be processed the same business day. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

In-Stock items are sent via DHL and usually ship from our warehouse in 5-7 business days. Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unlike most other special occasion retailers we accept returns for a refund with a 15% restocking fee or exchange for an alternate item with no restocking fee.
